Where is the office located?

Our office is located at 260 West 35th St Fl.8, New York NY 10001.

We are located less than 1 block from the A, C, E, 1, 2, & 3 train lines, 1 block from Penn Station, 2 blocks fom the B, D, F, M, N, Q, R, & W train lines, and only a short walk to Grand Central & Port Authority bus terminal.

That means that no matter where you're coming from, you AND your clients can get to us Fast and Easily!

Are there any transaction or deal fees?

No. Our brokerage platform is simple. You pay a monthly fee and collect your percentage of the commission.

How quickly can I start / will my onboarding be completed?

Once you've completed the onboarding survey, your application wil be processed within 24 hours. Once processed, you can start right away!

Where can I sign up for the real estate licensing course

We encourage you to do your research, but advise that you don't "break the bank" paying high costs for licensing. We recommend Real Estate U, which is priced at $89 (using code SAVE10) and can be found HERE.

What are the startup costs?

$250 one-time startup fee.

Will I need to join an MLS or REBNY?

No. Our brokerage does notrequire you to be a member of an MLS, so you will not be required to pay their fees.

Are there franchise fees?

No. None.

Is there a charge for E&O (errors and omissions insurance)?

No charge for your base year. E&O fees will be calculated every July and due in 30 days or can be deducted from your next deal. Whichever is first.

Do you only do rentals?

Our firm focuses on all aspects of real estate. Only 30% of our transactions are rentals, with the remaining percentage including sales, commercial and business sales.

Our training teaches agents how to close sales, rental & commercial deals.

How do I graduate the SlingShot training program?

Agents need to accumulate 10 points or 6 points in 60 days. 1 point per rental, 2 points per commercial lease, and 4 points per sale. Agents must also complete all 5 SlingShot classes.

Do I need to go to the office everyday?

No. Agents are not mandated to attend the office. We recommend that newly licensed agents dedicate 30 hours a week, but it is not enforced.

Can I join a team?

Yes. We generally do not assign teams, but once you’ve spent some time in the office you’ll get to know some teams and find one that suits you best.

What are the commissions?

Newly licensed $50/mo 67.5% - (SlingShot required. Optional for existing agents)

Experienced $50/mo 70%

Experienced $149/mo 90%

Experienced $499/mo 100%

Do you provide leads?

The brokerage generates all sorts of leads and they’re distributed first come, first serve in our Agent Dashboard. Some leads are given to agents who are always in the office, especially when the lead is urgent.

Is training mandatory?

No. However, Newly Licensed-SlingShot agents must complete training to graduate.

Can I make money while in training?

Yes, the training is designed for agents to start closing deals right away. In fact, there have been many agents to close to deals in their first week and one who got an application on his first day.

How quickly will I get my commission after I close a deal?

Commissions will be sent to the agent the same day the payment clears.

Do you pay for my advertising?

Agents who join teams may have their costs supplemented by the team. But, because we pay such high commissions, agents are expected to foot the basic costs of marketing.

There are dozens of free platforms to advertise and market.
